Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped.
Mormad Fitness is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or any other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.
Any orders placed on outside of our business days and working hours will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible; however, we do appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING TIMES
Processing time 1-3 business days. We do not ship outside of our business hours of Monday- Friday 9 am- 5 pm CST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates:
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years’ Day. All orders will be shipped the following business day.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGES?
Once your order has been shipped you will be mailed your tracking information, you can track your package using the carrier service’s website.
LOST PACKAGES
Steps to take if you have lost packages where the tracking shows delivered:

File a claim with the mailing service

File a police report.

Wait for the mailing service to investigate. Depending on the results of the case items may be subject to reship upon our discretion.
Mormad Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. The customer pays for shipping of the items both ways if item needs to be sent back.
